The Village of Dannemora Planning Board will be meeting on Monday November 25th, 2024, at 5pm at the Community Center, 40 Emmons St. Dannemora, NY. They will be discussing a building permit that was submitted for 168 Smith Street. The property owner would like to turn the existing buildings on the property into rentable storage units.
The Village of Dannemora Planning Board is responsible for overseeing land use and development within the village. The board is comprised of volunteer members of the community who work to ensure that all development activities within the village are conducted in compliance with local zoning regulations, land use plans, and state and federal laws.
The board's primary mission is to promote responsible development that meets the needs of the village and its residents.
